Terms of use
Practical help, clear boundaries.
Effective 15 August 2026
Using Mind Minder
You may use Mind Minder for personal cognitive-access support. You remain in control of whether to follow, edit, ignore, or share any suggestion. You must not use the service to harm, exploit, impersonate, surveil, harass, or unlawfully profile another person, or to interfere with the service.
Not professional or emergency advice
Mind Minder is not a diagnostic, medical, psychological, therapeutic, legal, financial, employment, disability-assessment, or emergency service. Outputs may be inaccurate or incomplete and should not replace qualified human advice. In immediate danger in Australia, call 000.
Accounts
You are responsible for access to your email account and devices. Do not share sign-in links or verification codes. You may use the core app without an account. We may suspend access used to harm others, compromise security, or materially disrupt the service.
Availability and changes
We are actively developing Mind Minder and may change, pause, or retire features. We aim to preserve core offline support where practical, but do not promise uninterrupted online AI, search, sync, voice, or web availability.
Supporter purchases
The checkout shows the price, billing period, renewal, trial (if any), and cancellation terms before purchase. Mobile subscriptions are managed through the Apple App Store or Google Play account used for purchase. Website subscriptions are processed by Stripe and managed through the web billing path supplied after purchase. RevenueCat connects eligible Supporter status to the Mind Minder account used at checkout. Essential safety help and core typed support are not conditioned on Supporter status.
Ownership and feedback
You keep rights in the content you enter. We give you a personal, revocable, non-transferable licence to use the app. Mind Minder’s software, branding, and generated templates remain protected. If you send product feedback, you allow us to use it to improve the product without identifying you publicly.
Liability
To the extent permitted by law, Mind Minder is provided “as is.” Nothing in these terms excludes rights that cannot be excluded under Australian Consumer Law. We are not responsible for decisions made solely from an AI output or for services outside our control.
Changes and ending use
You can stop using Mind Minder at any time and delete an optional account from the app. We may update these terms when the service or law changes. The current effective date will appear here. If a material change affects existing account holders, we will provide an appropriate notice before it takes effect.
